A, Lt. 30, Villa Municipal, Chorrillos, Lima, Peru (“LBN”), is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when using the following forms on this website:
- Contact form: first and last name, company, job title, email address, phone number, service of interest and the message you write.
- Review form: name, company, job title, relationship with LBN, rating and comments.
- Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones): name, identity document, address, phone number, email address and, where applicable, the details of the parent or legal guardian.
We do not collect personal data through tracking or advertising cookies. This website uses cookie-free web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify individual people.
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be used to:
- Respond to your inquiries and quote requests.
- Manage and publish reviews, subject to your express authorization.
- Handle and follow up on claims and complaints as required by law.
- Send you communications related to the service you requested.
We will not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising unless you give your express consent.
4. Retention period
We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, in the case of Complaints Book records, for a minimum of two (2) years in accordance with Article 6 of the Complaints Book Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM).

The providers listed in the previous section may store or process data on servers located outside Peru. In such cases, LBN takes reasonable measures to ensure that the processing of your data maintains an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 29733.
7. Your rights (ARCO rights)
As a data subject, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancel (delete) your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Object to the processing of your data in the cases provided by law.

You also have the right to file a claim with the National Personal Data Protection Authority (Dirección General de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales — MINJUSDH) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

LBN applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) across the entire website.
9. Minors
This website is intended for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor in your care has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Personal data bank
